Torre de’ Monaldeschi consists of a few precious and exclusive houses and a small resort, with high standard sport, leisure and cultural facilities. The initiative is one of the very few that have so far been authorized by the Umbria region. During the first stage of the program, about 30 one-storey and two storey properties with gardens, loggias and terraces will be built together with some sport facilities and access ways.

Torre de’ Monaldeschi consists of a few precious and exclusive houses and a small resort, with high standard sport, leisure and cultural facilities. The initiative is one of the very few that have so far been authorized by the Umbria region.
During the first stage of the program, about 30 one-storey and two storey houses with gardens, loggias and terraces together with some sport facilities and access ways. This stage will be followed by a building program of an estimated length of 48 months. At the same time, work will gradually progress on the restoration of Fortezza de’ Monaldeschi, the building of the resort, and the remaining sport facilities.
Works started in April 2005 and should be completed by April 2011.
