In these terms and conditions, "Smart Media Services Ltd." is a collective and inclusive title embracing all Smart Media Services Ltd's websites ("SMS Ltd's websites").

We have designed SmartEstates.com, SmartNewHomes.com, SmartSelfBuild.com and Smart Directory to provide a source of comprehensive and relevant information for both the personal consumer and the business-to-business user.
