A number of property developments across south Wales are to open their doors to potential buyers next weekend, it has emerged.
Developer Redrow Homes is to hold a number of open days at developments in the region on November 29th to 30th, where those thinking of buying a new property will be able to learn about the "festive incentives" in place to help those wanting to move in before Christmas.
Events will be taking place at sites in Bridgend, Swansea, Newport and Caerphilly, as well as a number of other locations.
Sales director for Redrow Debbie Pavitt noted that it is currently a "great time" for south Wales buyers to purchase a new home.
"We are confident that with our flexible incentives we can tailor a deal to suit each individual's circumstances," she remarked.
Elsewhere in Wales, Redrow has a fully-furnished show home available for sale at its Pentre Bach development in Wrexham for £199,999.
