Developer Barratt Homes is urging potential buyers in east Yorkshire to act fast if they want to purchase a home at its Connexion East development in Hull.
Properties on the market at the site include the three-bedroom Maidstone, which is priced at £144,995 and includes an en-suite for the master bedroom.
Apartments at the development are also available, with the two-bedroom Falkirk property - which includes separate kitchen and living/dining spaces - on the market for £99,995.
Sales director for Barratt Paul Hogan said that the development has appealed mainly to local buyers.
"Although the development is nearing completion, home buyers still have the chance to pick up a fantastic new home thanks to the choice of plots available," he remarked.
Barratt recently announced that buyers of its older properties - which are sold through the company's Oakleaf division - can now take advantage of the part-exchange schemes found on new-build homes.
