Buyers looking for an affordable home in the Midlands may be interested to hear that apartments in West Bromwich can be purchased for £70,000.
Developer Bryant Homes is offering two-bedroom properties at its Central Square site for 71.5 per cent of the market value due to a condition in the original planning agreement.
Homes at the site include gas central heating, fitted kitchens and parking spaces, with larger two-bedroom properties also available for £99,995.
Regional sales manager for the company Michelle Davies noted that the agreement was made to help keep affordable housing available to the local community.
"Having nearly 30 per cent of the purchase price taken care of upfront should make all the difference and finally make owning your dream home a reality," she remarked.
Elsewhere in the Midlands, larger family homes are available at Lydiate Place in Birmingham.
Developer Barratt has six or seven-bedroom homes on sale at the site.
