'Last chance' at Salisbury development

The final phase of properties at a development in Salisbury are now available for purchase, it has been announced.

Builder Barratt Homes has released the last few homes at the Bishops Gait site, including a selection of four-bedroom detached homes as well as a two-bedroom bungalow.

The site is close to the M27 and M3 motorways, while regular train services run from Salisbury station to London's Paddington and Waterloo stations.

"This select development of 20 homes has been highly successful but buyers can still secure a stunning new home here if they act quickly," sales director for Barratt March Docherty remarked.

Prices at the site start from £234,995, with part exchange offers - where Barratt buys the property of those wanting to move but struggling to find a seller - available on selected plots.

Barratt also sells a range of older properties through its Oakleaf division and recently announced part exchange initiatives are now available on selected homes, with prices starting from £69,950.
