Swansea buyers urged to 'follow the spotlight'Swansea buyers urged to 'follow the spotlight'
Swansea residents looking for a new home could be drawn to an event taking place at the Copper Quarter development on October 30th.
Homebuilder Barratt Homes will be using a spotlight to guide visitors to the site - which is built on an old copper works - where the next stage of properties is being made available to buyers.
The event will run from 1600 to 2000 BST and allow potential purchasers to learn more about the properties - which range from "innovative" iPads to townhouses - that are available.
Prices for a two-bedroom home at the site start from £108,750 for buyers taking advantage of Barratt's Dream Start scheme.
"With more than 550 homes planned for the Copper Quarter there is tremendous choice for buyers looking to move to this prestigious location," sales director Adrian Bird remarked.
The builder has recently commented on the popularity of its Liberty Park development in Caterham in Surrey, where demand for properties has been high.
