Micheldever site 'could tempt London commuters'

Buyers seeking a rural setting that offers easy access to London may wish to attend an open weekend taking place at the Farriers Walk development in Micheldever, Hampshire.

Potential purchasers have been invited to look around the 30-home development on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of October, with two properties being available for public viewing.

The first of the two Berkeley Homes properties, a four-bedroom home featuring soft furnishings, carpets and a landscaped garden, is on sale for £395,000, while the second, four-bedroom townhouse is available for £385,000.

Micheldever train station - which connects the village to London Waterloo station in under an hour - is close to the site, which could make it an attractive proposition for those needing to commute to the city.

"At these prices, the properties at Farriers Walk represent terrific value," sales manager for Berkeley Homes Kerry Jordan remarked, adding that properties at the site are "perfect for young professionals".

Preston-based buyers may be attracted to the new 68-apartment Light Buildings development, located on the edge of the city centre.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18829456-ADNFCR
