Homebuyers looking for a quieter life away from Britain's urban centres are being invited to an open house weekend in Cornwall.

The "picturesque" development in Stourscombe Vale is likely to attract those looking for a change of pace, such as retirees.

Redrow is offering potential buyers to check out the range of properties on offer and to take advantage of part-exchange and stamp duty deals.

Pat Kimber, area sales manager, said: "We're looking forward to welcoming lots of visitors to Stourscombe Vale at the weekend.

"An open house weekend gives potential homebuyers an opportunity to really get a feel for the development."

Stourscombe Vale is located on the outskirts of the market town of Launceston, just off the A30 and is situated between the Cornwall and Devon border.
